- 1 pot of yogurt, 150 g
- 50 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp jam
- 1 tsp sugar or diet sweetener powder

It tastes best with whole-milk yogurt and whole milk, but you can also use reduced-fat products. I like to use strawberry jam for the jam. First, add sugar or dietary sweetener, then the jam and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Then you fill the yogurt bowl one-third full with milk and top with water. Add the liquid to the yogurt and blend everything with a hand blender. It tastes very similar to store-bought fruit yogurt drinks.
