Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp cucumber juice, sweet and sour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Peel the hard-boiled eggs, dice them, and mix them with the remaining ingredients. Pairs well with leaf salad.
