Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 450 g natural yogurt
  • 350 ml juice (apple-mango juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, quarter, and core the apples and pears. Puree them with the banana. Then add the juice and yogurt, stir again, and enjoy!
