Yogurt herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful of herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as an addition to wraps, grilled food or fondue

Peel the garlic. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and press in the garlic. Sort and chop the herbs (thyme, mint, chives, parsley, dill, rosemary, and basil are all good options), then add them to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
