Yogurt ice cream with strawberries

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 g natural yogurt
  • 130 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 750 g strawberries or other seasonal fruit of your choice
  • n. B. Dessert sauce (chocolate sauce)
  • n. B. chocolate flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the yogurt mixture. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the aluminum foil upright about halfway up to form a rim. Pour in the mixture and smooth it out. Freeze overnight. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then cut out shapes using cookie cutters and place back in the freezer. Decorate the plates with the strawberries or fruit, the chocolate sauce, and the chocolate flakes. Arrange the ice cream shapes on the decorated plates and serve.
