Yogurt-lime dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt (3.5%)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 shot of orange juice
  • 3 sprigs of mint, as desired, tastes good without
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onions
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with grilled food, meat, fish and couscous or bulgur

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Rinse the lime under hot water. Grate the zest. Then squeeze the lime and add the juice and zest to the yogurt. Add a dash of orange juice. Mix everything well. Wash the mint and shake dry. Finely chop the leaves. Trim the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Add the green parts as well. Add both to the yogurt. Then season to taste with salt and pepper (it tastes especially good with orange salt, sea salt, and lemon pepper), curry powder, and paprika (I add about half a teaspoon of each). Mix everything until smooth. The dip tastes great without the mint too!
