Strawberry salsa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • ½ mango(s), without stone
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • some salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • some lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel the mango. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and deseed it. Peel the onion. Trim the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, deseed it, and rinse it. Finely dice everything, mix together, and season with a little salt, a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice.
