easy and fast

Cook the rice and rinse with cold water. Dice the ham. Peel and dice the onions and sauté with the peas in 1-2 tablespoons of oil for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, make an omelet with the eggs and cut them into small strips. Sauté the mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil (about 1 minute) and then add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and serve warm. My tip: In the summer, I like to eat this cold with a little dressing, or even just on its own.
