Yogurt mix with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp almond or nut butter
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the yogurt and almond or nut butter with the apple juice in a blender on the lowest speed. Wash and hull the strawberries, or thaw them. Add the fruit to the yogurt and puree everything. Divide the yogurt-strawberry mixture among 4 tall glasses. Garnish with lemon balm.
