Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 10 tbsp oat flakes
  • 200 g flour
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until frothy. Add the flour, milk, yogurt, and oats and stir in. Heat a little oil in a pan, pour the batter into the pan in batches, and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Tip: Serve with applesauce. Enjoy!
