Ingredients
- 600 g Milk
- 400 g Wheat flour
- 200 g Sparkling water
- 25 g Margarine
- 8 Eggs
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let rest for 30 minutes. Heat the pan and cook the pancakes in it with a little rapeseed oil until both sides have turned color.
- Whether sweet or savory is up to you.
