Yogurt-quark smoothie with strawberries and bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 thick strawberries
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 180 g cream quark with yogurt (stracciatella)
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the strawberries and dry them lightly. Peel the banana. Now chop the strawberries and banana. Place everything in a blender along with the yogurt and a splash of milk, then puree. If the smoothie isn’t cold yet, refrigerate it.
