Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g grapes, sweet, blue
  • 50 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 40 g arugula
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 400 ml water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Green smoothie, bell peppers, grapes, arugula

Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Remove the seeds and white membranes from the bell peppers, then wash the peppers and cut into 4-6 pieces. Wash the arugula. Place the grapes, bell pepper pieces, and arugula in a blender. Add the pepper and then the water. Blend on high for about 2 minutes.
