Yogurt sauce with cucumbers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • Salt
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 bunch Dill, chopped, fresh
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes (removing the seeds if necessary). Place the cucumber pieces in a sieve and sprinkle with a little salt to allow the resulting liquid to drain. Mix the yogurt with enough water until it is nice and creamy. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with a little salt. Place the drained cucumbers in a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
