Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

Quick, easy, low-fat, delicious

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and wash it. Combine oil (I use rapeseed oil), water, mustard, sugar, and curry powder to make a dressing and season with salt. Mix the dressing with the Chinese cabbage. The amounts can be adjusted to taste. I like it this way best. A low-calorie version: Replace the oil with water and use liquid sweetener instead of sugar.
