Yogurt spelt bread for the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 ml water, lukewarm
  • 120 g natural yogurt
  • 370 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 200 g spelt flour type 630
  • 80 g rye flour type 997
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp bread spice mix
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Add all ingredients one at a time to the baking pan. The yogurt and water should be lukewarm together! Do not add the salt directly to the yeast! Setting: Normal or Basic Browning: Normal Weight: 1000 g
