Yogurt with Amaranth and Aronia Berries

The perfect yogurt with amaranth and aronia berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Yogurt greek
  • 3 tablespoon Dried aronia berries
  • 3 tablespoon Sunflower honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Puffed amaranth
  • 1 bars Dark chocolate
  1. Mix in yoghurt with the vanilla sugar. Put five tablespoons of yogurt in a glass bowl.
  2. 1.5 tablespoons of aronia berries and one tablespoon of amaranth.
  3. Repeat the process again.
  4. Transfer the rest of the yogurt.
  5. Put four tablespoons of amaranth on top of the yogurt.
  6. Melt the honey with the chocolate in a water bath.
  7. Pour over the yogurt.
  8. 1 hour cool.
  9. I named three people in my recipe. I ate this alone in two days :)))
