Young Bull Carne on Lettuce

The perfect young bull carne on lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Veal fillet
  • 2 Fresh chicory
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Virgin olive oil
  • 10 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. First cut the veal fillet into very small cubes, wash the chicory salad and pick out three leaves from the chicory salad. Then halve the cocktail tomatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Now mix the veal fillet with good, virgin olive oil and a little pepper and salt and place in a small bowl. Turn the bowl around and drape the dressed meat on the lettuce leaves. Serve the tomatoes next to it and garnish everything with a little balsamic vinegar.
