- 2 packet Fresh spinach
- 1 Packs Raw, lean ham cubes
- 2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- 3 Eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 teaspoon Peanut oil
- Chopped peanuts
- Wash rapunzel or lamb’s lettuce thoroughly
- It is essential to spin the salad dry
- Briefly fry the ham cubes with / without oil
- Deglaze them with the vinegar
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs and carefully fold in with the lukewarm ham cubes and the oil
