  • 2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • 3 Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 teaspoon Peanut oil
  • Chopped peanuts

  • Wash rapunzel or lamb's lettuce thoroughly
  • It is essential to spin the salad dry
