Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 yufka dough sheets
  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 leaves of lettuce
  • some applesauce
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, use the sour cream cup
  • some paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice an onion and sauté it with the turkey strips until cooked through. Thinly slice an onion. Trim and wash the lettuce. Grate the red cabbage. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Wash and dice the gherkin. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and press in the garlic. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Top the yufka flatbreads with the ingredients and roll them up.
