Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • some olive oil
  • 1 can of tomatoes, in pieces
  • 1 handful of olives
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply fantastic in summer

Slice the onion and fry in olive oil. Add the tomato pieces and chopped olives and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Simmer slightly and serve with pasta and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
