Zappes, a special barbecue sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 8 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tsp tarragon, dried
  • 1 tsp chervil, dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill, fresh, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Since I discovered Zappes, I no longer need any other barbecue sauces.

Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously until combined. The Zappes barbecue sauce is ready and can be used immediately as a dip for roasted or grilled meat.
