Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 250 g coconut oil

Melt the fat in a saucepan over low heat. In a tall mixing bowl, combine the milk with the eggs, sugar, and cocoa powder using a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the liquid fat in a thin stream (on high speed). Caution: The fat should not be hot, only lukewarm, or the eggs will curdle! It’s best to use a baking frame around the cake because the icing will be runny at first. This amount is enough for one sheet cake.
