Cream cheese – tomato – pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 80 g cheese, grated
  • basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick meal. Suitable as a main course for 2 to 3 people or as a snack.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spread with cream cheese, top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. Decorate the finished pizza with basil leaves.
