Zoodles with Bolognese Special!

The perfect zoodles with bolognese special! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Bolognese special:

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced shallot
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 150 ml Tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 Painted allspice grains
  • 1 Bay leaf fresh
  • 3 Juniper berries
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Sage and rosemary fresh, chopped

Zoodels:

  • 800 g Zucchini fresh
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes

For those who like:

  • 50 g Grated Emmental

Bolo special:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and roast the shallot, then add the minced meat and garlic and fry everything until crumbly! Season with salt and garip pepper. Add tomato puree and tomato paste.
  2. Add the ground allspice grains, bay leaf (sides torn), juniper berries and fresh herbs and let simmer gently for about 20 minutes!

Zoodels:

  1. In the meantime, clean and wash the zucchini! Peel into spirals in a spiral cutter or into spaghetti with a julliene peeler.
  2. Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the zucchini for about 3-5 minutes! Sieve and return to the saucepan. Season with oil, salt and chilli flakes!

Serve!

  1. Put zoodels on plates, put sauce on top and, if you like, spread cheese! 🙂
