Zoodles with Bolognese Special!
The perfect zoodles with bolognese special! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Bolognese special:
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 Diced shallot
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 Garlic cloves pressed
- 150 ml Tomato puree
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 Painted allspice grains
- 1 Bay leaf fresh
- 3 Juniper berries
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp Sage and rosemary fresh, chopped
Zoodels:
- 800 g Zucchini fresh
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
For those who like:
- 50 g Grated Emmental
Bolo special:
- Heat the oil in a pan and roast the shallot, then add the minced meat and garlic and fry everything until crumbly! Season with salt and garip pepper. Add tomato puree and tomato paste.
- Add the ground allspice grains, bay leaf (sides torn), juniper berries and fresh herbs and let simmer gently for about 20 minutes!
Zoodels:
- In the meantime, clean and wash the zucchini! Peel into spirals in a spiral cutter or into spaghetti with a julliene peeler.
- Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the zucchini for about 3-5 minutes! Sieve and return to the saucepan. Season with oil, salt and chilli flakes!
Serve!
- Put zoodels on plates, put sauce on top and, if you like, spread cheese! 🙂
