- 5 i-tsp (ehlanganisiwe) I-Curry (i-Madras, imnene)
- 2 i-tsp (ehlanganisiwe) Impushana yomhluzi wemifino
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 0,5 i-tsp I-Paprika spice (i-noble sweet)
- 0,25 i-tsp I-Nutmeg

- 1 tbsp Ijusi kalamula
- 2 I-Tbsp (ehlanganisiwe) I-chives eqoshiwe (fresh noma efriziwe)

- Geza izinkomishi ezimbili zelayisi elinsundu (500ml), ulethe emanzini abilayo kabili inani lamanzi anosawoti bese ubilisa cishe imizuzu engama-40. Okwamanje unesikhathi esanele sokulungiselela ukhari.
I-Cauliflower kanye ne-lentil curry
- Hlukanisa ukholifulawa bese ugeza kahle.
- Faka ukholifulawa nobisi lukakhukhunathi ndawonye epanini elikhulu, uthele i-1L yamanzi abilayo phezu kwakho bese upheka cishe imizuzu emihlanu. Ngokushesha nje lapho amanzi nobisi lwekakhukhunathi luxubene kahle, ungakwazi ukuphuza uketshezi ngezinongo (ngaphandle kwama-chives kanye nejusi lemon). Ngifuna ukupheka ukhari omncane.
