Okwe-coconut panna cotta:
- 4 amaqabunga I-gelatin emhlophe
- 1 PC. I-Vanilla pod
- 400 ml Ubisi lwekakhukhunathi
- 400 g Ukhilimu ophehliwe
- 4 tbsp Ushukela onsundu
Ukuze kuqhume i-coconut sesame:
- 25 g I-sesame emnyama
- 45 g Sugar
- 110 g Ibhotela
- 50 g Ama-flakes kakhukhunathi
- 80 g Umfula
- 2 g Salt
Okwesibuko semango nezithelo zothando:
- 1 PC. i-Mango
- 2 PC. Isithelo esisha sothando
- 2 Iphoyinti lommese I-Chilli flakes
- 2 Amagatsha Mint
- 1 PC. Eluhlaza
- 1 PC. Iqabunga likalamula
- 2 tbsp usiraphu we-maple
Imiyalelo
I-Coconut Panna Cotta:
- Gcoba i-gelatin emanzini abandayo. Sika i-vanilla pod ubude bese usula u-pulp.
