Izithako
Amakhowe e-Porcini: (Kubantu abangu-4!)
- 250 g I-Mett (ingxenye yengulube nengxenye yenkomo)
- 200 g Amakhowe e-Porcini *) (Lapha: uziqoqile!)
- 1/2 ibhani kusukela izolo
- 100 g 1 Anyanisi
- 2 Ucezu Ama-clove ka-Garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp Upelepele
- 1 i-tsp I-paprika emnandi
- 1 i-tsp I-curry powder emnene
- 1 i-tsp Imbewu ye-caraway ephelele
- 50 g Ama-breadcrumbs
- 0,5 Cup Uwoyela wejongilanga
I-Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Umfula
- 200 ml Sula umhluzi (isipuni esingu-1 somhluzi osheshayo)
- 1 tbsp I-Crème fraîche enamakhambi okupheka
- 1 ingcosana enkulu Salt
- 1 ingcosana enkulu Sugar
Imifino ye-Pea ne-carrot:
- 1 ikani elincane Ama-peas anezaqathi anesisindo esengeziwe esihle / esiphelile 130 g
- 1 tbsp Ibhotela
- 2 tbsp I-parsley eqoshiwe
- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
Amathathu:
- 300 g Amazambane amathathu (amancane, amazambane ama-waxy / izingcezu eziyi-16)
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
- 1 i-tsp Imbewu ye-caraway ephelele
Khonza:
- Iparsley yokuhlobisa
Imiyalelo
Amakhowe e-Porcini:
- Hlanza / shayela amakhowe amatshe futhi uthathe ama-cubes amancane. Cwilisa ama-rolls ayizolo emanzini bese uwakhama kahle. Hlanza bese usika u-anyanisi. Hlanza futhi uhlukanise kahle ama-clove kagalikhi. Zonke izithako (200 g cep mushroom cubes, 250 g inyama egayiwe, ½ umqulu ocwilisiwe, 100 g anyanisi cubes. 2 clove kagalikhi, oqoshiwe, 1 iqanda, 1 ithisipuni kasawoti, 1 ithisipuni pepper, 1 ithisipuni sweet paprika, 1 ithisipuni imnene. ukhari powder kanye nethisipuni elilodwa lembewu ye-caraway lonke) endishini bese uxuba/uxova kahle. Yenza ama-meatballs ngezandla eziswakanyiswe, ugoqe ku-breadcrumbs, gazinga epanini ngamafutha we-sunflower (1 (1 inkomishi) nhlangothi zombili kuze kube nsundu yegolide bese ususa epanini kakhulu!
I-Sauce:
- Faka ufulawa (i-tbsp engu-1) epanini lokuthosa le-meatball nge-whisk (shisa ngaphakathi!) Futhi deglaze / uthele umhluzi ocacile (200 ml) ngenkathi uvuselela njalo. Faka i-crème fraîche (i-tbsp engu-1) bese ufaka ingcosana kasawoti kanye noshukela ngakunye. Vumela yonke into ibile / yehlise eminye imizuzu embalwa.
Imifino ye-Pea ne-carrot:
- Sika i-parsley (cishe 2 tbsp) ibe yizicucu ezincane. Shisisa ibhotela (i-tbsp engu-1) epanini, engeza uphizi nezaqathi bese uthosa kancane / gazinga. Engeza / hlanganisa i-parsley bese ufaka usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlahhadla osuka egayweni (izincezu ezimbili ezinkulu).
Khonza:
- Khonza ama-buns (izingcezu ezingu-2 ngayinye!) Nge-sauce, ama-triplets kanye nemifino ye-pea ne-carrot, ehlotshiswe nge-parsley.
