Zucchini and sausage goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 ring/s meat sausage, (Lyoner)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some curry
  • 250 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Dice the onion and slice the Lyoner sausages. Dice the bell peppers and slice the zucchini. Brown them one at a time in a pan with a little oil. Then add the chopped tomatoes and pour in the vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Serve with boiled potatoes.
