Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini (courgettes)
- 2 veal sausages
- 200 g streaky bacon, thinly sliced
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Halve the zucchini and scrape out the seeds. Add a little salt. Peel the sausages, place them in the zucchini halves, wrap them in bacon, and roast the parcels for about 25 to 30 minutes, until the bacon is nice and crispy. Slice and serve warm.
