Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 240 g flour
- 60 g cocoa
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 120 ml oil
- 260 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup(s) zucchini, grated
- 4 tbsp water, if needed
- some walnuts
- some chocolate
- Fat and cocoa powder for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Grease the baking pan and dust with cocoa powder. Combine the oil, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Mix the dry ingredients and add them slowly, mixing well at the end with a spatula. Add the zucchini (or 4 tablespoons of water if desired). Stir the chopped walnuts into the mixture. Fill the baking pan with the batter and bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes. Decorate the zucchini brownie with melted chocolate.
