Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 300 g brown sugar
  • 8 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g zucchini, grated
  • 200 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • Butter for the glasses
  • Flour for the glasses

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, butter and flour 8 twist-off jars. Then mix the melted chocolate with the remaining ingredients and fill the jars halfway with the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. Then remove each jar individually from the oven and immediately close the lid tightly.
