- 1 kg zucchini
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

savory zucchini quiche without a base
Coarsely grate the zucchini and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk the grated cheese with the eggs and cream, mix with the zucchini, and pour into a greased tart or gratin dish. Bake at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
