Zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 kg zucchini, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Cream and milk
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat

Blanch the zucchini and drain. Brown the ground beef until crumbly and stir in the zucchini. Then transfer to a casserole dish. Melt the butter, stir in the flour, and add enough cream and milk mixture, stirring constantly, to make a béchamel sauce. Melt the béchamel sauce in the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add other seasonings, if desired. Pour the béchamel cheese over the zucchini and bake at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes. We love this with boiled potatoes.
