Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 sheets of dough (Yufka dough 40 x 40 cm)
- 400 g zucchini
- 5 leaves of chard
- 100 g butter
- 200 g goat cheese in brine
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Melt the butter and grease a baking sheet. Brush the pastry sheets lightly with butter and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring the edges are also covered with pastry. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean and coarsely grate the zucchini, draining any excess water from the zucchini. Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, crème fraîche, salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix the zucchini with the cream and spread everything on the yufka sheets. Clean the chard and cut it into fine strips, then spread it on the zucchini mixture. Crumble the goat cheese and sprinkle it on the baking sheet. Bake the tart for about 40 minutes until golden brown. The tart can be prepared in many different ways. This version is also delicious with minced meat or bacon. Or you can replace the vegetables with bell peppers or eggplant, for example.
