Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Zucchini ... about the same size
  • Salt pepper
  • ******
  • Toothpick

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sheep's cheese into pieces as thick as a finger and place in a shallow bowl
  • Mix the oil with lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper and pour over the cheese. Cover and put in the fridge for about an hour ... from time to time
  • Slice the zucchini lengthways into thin strips and wrap a piece of cheese with it, fix with a toothpick ..... place again in the rest of the marinade and let it steep a little while turning
  • Drain the skewers a little, grill them on the grill for about 5 minutes so that the cheese does not run out
