Salmon Fillet from Oven

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Salmon fillet, about the size of the palm of your hand
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Organic lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 piece Basil leaves per fillet

Instructions
 

  • Wash, pat dry and debone salmon fillet (if necessary). Peel the garlic and cut into very fine slices. Place each fillet on a generous piece of baking paper, sprinkle the garlic on top, put lemon wedges and basil on top and drizzle some olive oil over them. Then close the baking paper with a stapler or kitchen twine and place the whole thing on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Cook at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. This goes well with boiled potatoes and salad ... 🙂 Enjoy it: D Another little tip on the side: This recipe is also great for grilling! Just swap the baking paper for aluminum foil;)
