Ingredients
 

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 handful Mint
  • 200 g Feta
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 packet Puff pastry roll

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, slice / grate the zucchini into strips / grates, finely chop the mint.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection 160 ° C). Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onions and garlic. Add zucchini and fry for 2 - 3 minutes, add mint. Set aside in a bowl.
  • Grease the muffin pan. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 pieces of equal size. Place in the wells of the muffin pan and fill with the zucchini mixture. Crumble both types of cheese and sprinkle over them.
  • Mix eggs, milk and lemon peel and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the cheese into the tarts and bake on the bottom rack for about 25 minutes.
  • Take the tartes out of the oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the mold and serve.
