Ingredients

for the Bolognese

  • 100 g Smoked bacon, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove peeled, chopped
  • 1 piece Chilli red fresh, pitted, chopped
  • 250 g Diced carrots
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 bag Bolognese powder - finished product
  • 250 ml Water cold
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the bacon in it, add the garlic, chilli and carrot cubes and fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in water, stir in the contents of the bag of instant sauce and bring to the boil while stirring and cover and simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Stir in parsley
  • Arrange everything together on plates
  • 5th addendum: redif is right, the bag variant can be replaced by a homemade brand ... but at the moment I have to resort to such things more often because I don't have the time to stand in the kitchen any longer and try out the That was a good recipe for the recipe 🙂 The self-made brand follows in the case of repetitive cooking 😀
