Ingredients
for the Bolognese
- 100 g Smoked bacon, diced
- 1 Garlic clove peeled, chopped
- 1 piece Chilli red fresh, pitted, chopped
- 250 g Diced carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bag Bolognese powder - finished product
- 250 ml Water cold
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the bacon in it, add the garlic, chilli and carrot cubes and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in water, stir in the contents of the bag of instant sauce and bring to the boil while stirring and cover and simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Stir in parsley
- Arrange everything together on plates
