Salsa Tart

The perfect salsa tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g pack Puff pastry
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 0,25 bottle Salsa sauce
  1. Wash the zucchini and bell pepper and cut into large pieces. Naturally remove the seeds from the peppers. Shred everything in the QuickChef.
  2. Add the sour cream, cream cheese and salsa sauce and mix well
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
  4. Cut out puff pastry round (approx. 10 cm diameter) and line paper muffin molds or similar
  5. 1 tablespoons per puff pastry mold
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes
