Salsa Tart
The perfect salsa tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g pack Puff pastry
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Red pepper
- 200 g Sour cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 0,25 bottle Salsa sauce
- Wash the zucchini and bell pepper and cut into large pieces. Naturally remove the seeds from the peppers. Shred everything in the QuickChef.
- Add the sour cream, cream cheese and salsa sauce and mix well
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
- Cut out puff pastry round (approx. 10 cm diameter) and line paper muffin molds or similar
- 1 tablespoons per puff pastry mold
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes
