Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Zucchini green
  • 200 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 1 bunch Seasonal herbs
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 20 g Mashed potatoes from dry product
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Herb quark

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, clean and finely chop the zucchini. Crumble the sheep's cheese and mix with the zucchini. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop. Stir with the eggs into the zucchini and sheep cheese mixture.
  • Mix the flour with corn starch and mashed potatoes powder, add to the courgette and sheep cheese mixture and work everything into a creamy dough. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and bake about 8 crispy cookies in it. Serve with herbal quark.
