Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 slice(s) of feta cheese
- some basil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice it. Sauté it in olive oil for 5 minutes, dice the tomatoes, and add it. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and add it towards the end. Stir well until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper, and add plenty of basil.
