Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can/n coconut milk or 1 cup cream
- 2 zucchinis
- 500 g potato dumplings
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare the dumplings according to the package instructions; I fry them. Wash and slice the zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini. When they start to brown, add the coconut milk. Season and simmer for a few minutes, then add the cooked dumplings. Mix, and you’re done. You can also use curry or cream.
