Zucchini fritters

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g zucchini
  • 500 g potatoes, floury
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 60 g garlic butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and grate the zucchini. Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes, then squeeze the excess water into your hands. Let the potato water rest until the starch has dissolved. Drain the water and add the starch to the potatoes. Mix in the zucchini and season with spices. Heat the garlic butter in a pan. Form 12 patties from the dough, press down lightly in the pan to keep the patties in shape, and fry over medium heat until light brown.
