Chive sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream (180 g each)
  • 5 tbsp chives, dried or 3 bunch fresh
  • e.g. soy sauce
  • n. B. Seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

with boiled potatoes or as a sandwich topping

Pour the sour cream into a bowl and mix with the chives. I use dried chives because they absorb the liquid nicely. Of course, the sauce can also be made with fresh chives. Season with soy sauce and seasoning, and you’re done. Let it sit for about 2 hours. The sauce is extremely easy to make, but tastes absolutely delicious!
