Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp, heaped baking powder
- mineral water
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine the flour and baking powder thoroughly, then add enough mineral water while stirring to form a smooth, yet not too thin batter. Season well with salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini into finger-thick sticks. Heat the oil in a wok or deep fryer; it shouldn’t be too hot. Dip the zucchini sticks into the batter and fry.
