Zucchini – minced meat – pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs, fresh
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop and fry the onion, add the ground beef and fry until crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the garlic (crushed or chopped) and the diced zucchini and cook. When the zucchini is cooked, stir in the finely diced feta cheese, remove the pan from the heat, and let it stand for about 2 minutes to melt the feta cheese. Then sprinkle over the fresh herbs (whatever your garden has to offer, e.g., parsley, basil, rosemary, etc.) and serve. Delicious on its own or, of course, with rice, baguette, etc.
