Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ white cabbage
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 bell peppers
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 20 g margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the white cabbage, bell peppers, and spring onions. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the white cabbage and bell peppers and sauté for 15 minutes. When the white cabbage is tender, add the cream cheese and grated cheese, and season with vegetable stock and pepper. Finally, add the spring onions and stir briefly. When the cheese has melted, serve.
