Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (preferably spaghetti)
- 3 zucchini, fresh
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini, pat dry, and then slice. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves. Sauté the onions and garlic in plenty of olive oil, then add the zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Sauté everything in the pan until the zucchini is nice and soft. Then simply pour over the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
