Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 clove(s) garlic (more if needed)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • possibly milk if needed
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, wash the zucchini and slice it into thin strips. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Sauté both in hot olive oil. Deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Now cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Toss with the sauce and serve.
